If you sent an e-check, we wait for the e-check to clear.

e-checks must clear first before they are processed.

One payment did not include the serial # with the purchase.
The other payment is an e-check that has not cleared yet.

If you just got notice it cleared, at least give him some time to get it done, come on now. The guys are good but arent going to sit around all day and keep checking to see if someones check cleared, they have a LOT of stuff going on. If you havent heard from Keith yet, then noone will. He doesnt ignore emails. If he sees your payment went through it will be taken care of and if you emailed him as he requested, he will get back to you as soon as he has time to check the email.Quote:
