Does anyone have any input thay can share Attachment 144659 i have tried to adjust my injectors but i dont think im doing it right. they are from a 6.0 part number for injectors is # 12580681
Im struggling with these injectors. i cant seem to get the flow rate done correctley . Can anyone help me because im lost
Is your fuel pressure regulator vacuum referenced?
can you explain that ?
my injectors are ls4 injectorspart # 12580681 30 lb/hr @58psi
The tune i have is saying 24.2 lb/hr some how i need to get the flow rate on my tune to be 30 and then then interpolate from 0 kpa to 80 kpa i need to interpolate this an thats where im confused on what to put
Here it is.
I got it from a 2008 LY5 tune (avalance, silverado 1500, etc). The column labels use different units, but it's easy to get it moved over.

today i actually drove it down my street an heres my log file . still cant figure out why im not getting my o2 sensors to read an it was like dying out when i tried to throttle the car so i basically coasted an was able to give just a little gas . Also my ltft an stft arent reading either Attachment 144891
The fuel trims can't work until you fix the oxygen sensor problem.
Problems on swaps is usually wiring issue. Very common for purchase harnesses to have issues.
O2s look disconnected.
So when im cranking it over an using vcm scanner , my log isnt showinh spark for some reason. Im so confusesd
Post the log.
If it was me though, I would get the wiring diagram for my donor ECM and check every connection, both for where it lands and for proper connection.
Spark, or more precisely, advance, might not be showing up because it's not selected. Do you know how to add or remove channels?
It's also possible the PCM needs to be repoled. Go to Documents/HPTuners/VCM scanner/Vehicles and empty that folder. That will force the scanner to repole the PCM.
Everyone buys stuff "online" that's way too vague. Online from reputable American company or online from Amazon, Ebay, etc.?
so my harness i bought on amazon because i didnt have alot of money at the time and also because this was my first ever build . Ive learned alot of do's and dont's from this build and can say you do get what you pay for ! Im ,ooking over my pin placement now to see if that might be the cause becaus alot of people from the reviews ive read have had the same luck as me . their wasnt ny reviews at the time of purchase but there is now and they have had similar problems. Its all a learning experience and im grateful for how far ive actully came . i couldnt have done it tho without yalls help here . so thank all of you guys or gals for everything youve helped me with so far it was very nice
ght on amazon
I would probably check a new OEM harness for correct connections before I installed it. I don't know that I would trust any of them.
Save yourself more headache and buy a decent harness from a company that can answer your questions.
