Thank you 04silverado. That does list my injector but looking to confirm gen3 data (L20 is gen4) and 58 psi returnless fuel system.

Thank you 04silverado. That does list my injector but looking to confirm gen3 data (L20 is gen4) and 58 psi returnless fuel system.
Thank you, Blind squirrel, it is 12613411.
It has data for 58psi both returnless and referenced, full tables for each fuel system type. It is also free, you are allowed to save it and open it to see what is inside.
Thank you BlindSquirrel, you are a Godsend. I will enter the the info and report back.
Starts and runs, rich. Just need to undo the VE tables that I messed with to make it run OK with incorrect injector data.
Hey guys, trying to download the injector repository spreadsheet, tried three different browsers. Click on link takes me back to the home page, right click and save as only offers the option to save an html of the forum page. Is there something wrong with the link?
Ah that?s a bummer, nice to know I?m not completely crazy then 😜
is this link down. i can swap other data with graph but lsa camaro tune the map vs volts vs offset isnt populated so not sure what to put
I downloaded the P59 12613412 58psi non-referenced - refined.hpt file that blindsquirrel posted earlier in the thread. This matches my setup and I believe that I have transferred over all the relevant data. Seems to be running ok for now. One thing that I couldnt really find a definite answer on after some searching is if changing fuel injectors requires changing anything in the "Cranking Fuel" section. There are differences between that file and mine, but im not wanting to blindly copy it over.
That file is just a container for the injector data tables, it is not 'a tune' for those injectors.
Understood, I know it?s not a complete tune, still not sure exactly what parts are relevant to an injector swap. I compared to my stock tune file, and saw there were differences between some of the tabs under ?injector control? (obviously, this is where the major changes are for injectors I suppose). Curiosity had me looking at the ?cranking fuel? where there were some differences as well like ?prime pulse mass? and whatnot. My dumb brain is wondering if those are based off injector flow rates and need to be scaled for new injectors as well? Lots to learn in this very iterative process, just trying to make sure I?m changing everything that needs to be changed for an injector swap. Thanks!
There are differences in that placeholder file because it's from some other random vehicle, picked at complete random only on the basis that it was a Gen 3 file that has all the fields in the same format as what will be in any other Gen 3 file. You can look at the changelog to see which fields were last changed, which will be only the stuff that is 'injector data'.

I'm assuming "E67" means "a pre-'09 E67 with the 63lb limit/128-640 axis labels", otherwise if it was an '09 E67 you could just copy/paste straight from the L96 file, since L96 with those injectors first appeared in '10.

Dunno if that's the same sheet, it's one I had in my pile. (I did change the background color, because black-text-on-dark-gray-background is just... no. don't do that.) Source is FIConnection.
i need 12613411 data for gen 3 all the attachments will not load please and thank you
I am looking for injector data for lsa 12598646 for a p59. I could not get any of the attachments to open.

Unless you have those injectors in a LSA/LS9 blower manifold, and it's bolted to real rectangle port heads and not cathedrals with adapters, you're really going to want a different injector with a conventional straight spray pattern. The '8646's angled spray only works in that manifold with that injector location on rect port heads.
New and a little tired so maybe I am missing it, looking through all 12 pages it seems all gen3 injector/pcm data is deleted? Only gen4 stuff here?
My spreadsheet is for Gen 4 injectors converted to Gen 3 format. Why can't you get Gen 3 data for Gen 3 injectors from... Gen 3 files that came with those injectors?
Does this help?

(it's the exact same file, just renamed)
12580426 is the L59 injector, which is Gen 3-only, didn't carry over into Gen 4. 2004-down stock L59/VIN Z files if using the 2004-down return style rails with the 51psi regulator. 2005-up stock L59 files if using the later 58psi returnless setup. All variants of those are in the repository.
I've done one-off conversions for those injectors using non-L59 fuel systems or non-standard pressures, but those are specific to a given combo somebody's put together and requested data for, not something you'd put in a file like this. If you have something that can't use direct copy/paste data from another stock file because it's not got a fuel system that matches one of the two factory setups, just ask.
The injector data doesn't differ by engine displacement, it's a characterization of the injectors themselves. Nothing to do with the engine underneath them.
From a reliable source, the story of the super-cheap bulk packaged 12613412 injectors is something like this: GM had an absolutely huge fleet order that fell through after the parts started being sourced from suppliers but before the trucks were built. It would have cost them more to get the bulk injectors repackaged for retail than they would lose by just dumping the almost four million surplus injectors on the market as-is. Plus, even if repackaged, they would never ever in a million years sell that many pieces through straight retail. Or some variation of that story. Big order, oops not happening, now what?

Yikes. These must be more better though, right?
So you've graciously helped out with my tune providing the 12613412 data for a 3 bar / i.e 43psi setup.
Maybe this is a loaded question but seeing as most of these files (and ones provided by companies like FIC) are setup for 58psi, how would one go about converting it to 43psi.
As in I'd like to be able to help myself instead of having to be spoon-fed the exact settings, especially when the injector data is updated I'd like to compare and contrast with the current settings I'm running. and maybe help out some other guys.
I've searched the forum and couldn't find any clear answers outside of adjusting the flow-rate, not sure if any other tables/values need to be adjusted alongside with it.
Or is the advice just get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and run at 58psi
The way you get the data for 43 PSI is, you do the whole conversion all over again from scratch, just using the columns from 308-388 kPa (or 300-380, if you get really picky and get rid of that 8 kPa/1.6 PSI misalignment) instead of from 408-488.
Attachment 158720
If it's 43 PSI referenced/return then only the one single 308/300 kPa column gets used. 43 PSI returnless/nonreferenced needs all the columns done.
Here's a silly question, the tables you referenced are ECM 12308 & 12307. Is that that like a gen 4 thing?
The one's I can see are ECM 12310 & ECM 12311, and in the injector data in that sheet also references those two tables. What is the process there for conversion to 43psi (or if the tables are actually there and i just can't find it)
Screenshots are from the Gen 4 file, Gen 3 does not use Pressure Delta-style tables. That's what the conversion is for.
