Like the title said it sure would be nice if there was an injector repository with injector data. Seems every day there is someone looking for or posting data that could easily be looked up in a single repository/pinned spot.

I was just thinking why we dont have a injector data repository. Here is a couple sets ive used on my own truck. Hopefully more can contribute.
Found a few more good, known sets of data.

I have Gen3 files with these injectors already converted, both referenced and non-referenced formats:
19421333 - 29lb various Gen4 trucks
12587269 - 33lb LY6, L76
12580426 - 35lb @58, 33lb @51 L59 (old#s 88894361, 89017586)
12594512 - 36lb LMG, LC9
12613411 - 38lb LMG
12576341 - 42lb LS3
12609749 - 50lb L92
12613412 - 51lb L96
12598646 - 52lb LSA, LS9
Problem is two things - posting whole tune files just for the injector data is kinda inefficient, and, posting just the data assumes that people will know to verify they're using the data right - right fuel pressure, right regulator type, etc. Some percentage of people will just find a file/data for a given injector# and use it, not realizing their setup needs something different.
If they cant figure out that fuel pressure and regulator type changes flow rate then that is their problem. I normally assume GM data is 58psi but also do research on the injector to make sure the data matches decently.
Thank you sir!
Hi All, I have an Trailblazer SS with a E67 ECU and want to run 12613412 injectors with are native to the e38 ecu. Does anyone have the interpolated values for Pressure Delta Particularly the "flow-rate vs pressure" and "Offset vs Pressure vs IGNV" ? I think this would be a valuable repository file!
Early E67 or late E67? Guessing early, since the late E67 has the same axis labels as the L96/E38?
Yes, I do believe it would be early.
Since that's pretty uncommon deal I don't have it converted already, if you post your file I can just use that and then repost with it ready for you to flash.
Here is my current file.

Thank you sir!
Anyone have 12639221 non referenced?

These are weird. Flow rate table is identical to the LS3 12576341 but the part numbers don't interchange. I wouldn't be surprised if they are internally the same but have some minor fitment differences that make the need for separate part numbers.
The other 3 tables are different, but that could be just GM doing weird stuff in other parts of the cal.
for the longest time I've been using the GM 0280158187 injectors with a ball park tune. I used these injectors in my 3.6 Pentastar as they won't max out when I hit 7000rpm. They only hit 75% duty cycle but after using these for just over a year now I switched back to my stock injectors as I have not found proper injector data that will work properly with a Dodge pcm. I agree with having an Injector database as there are so many different injector settings out there and when someone finds a proper injector for there application, it would be great to get the proper injector data to setup the pcm to work accordingly.
Sorry, I've never even opened a Dodge tune file to see how they work. These things are very manufacturer specific, as different as different languages. Nothing here would apply to non-GM Gen 3 V8s, I don't think.
Somebody please check my work (the spreadsheet more so than the injector data itself), my eyes are all crossed now and my head hurts I think I need a nap.
I can easily add more blank sheets if I left out any important part numbers.
Caught a typo in one of the injector part numbers, nothing to do with the data, just the tab label was wrong.
This covers:
19421333/12580681 - 29lb, lots of Gen4 trucks
12587269 - 33lb, LY6/L76
12594512 - 36lb, LMG/LC9
12613411 - 38lb, LMG
12576341 - 42lb, LS3/L99/LS7/crate engines
12609749 - 50lb, L92
12613412 - 50lb, L96
12598646 - 52lb, LSA/LS9

@blindsquirrel could I please get the file for 12580426 injectors, 58 psi, non-referenced.
My injectors are actually 25326903 but it appears the 0426 is the new number.
Thanks
12580426 is already a Gen 3 injector with data in Gen 3 files. 2004-down L59 files will be for 51 PSI referenced/return style, and 2005-up L59 will be 58 PSI returnless.
GTP 36lb (39.87lb@4bar) injector in Gen 3 format - Bosch 0280155868 UPDATED file at Post #133 - https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...l=1#post794599
Green Giant 42lb (50.29lb@4bar) - Bosch 0280155968 - FIC data.
Injector sizing cross-reference.
Basic product datasheets for Bosch injectors in Gen 3 and Gen 4 applications.
Examples of usage:
- Consider transient fueling behavior - fuel to wall impact and boil time. 'E' pattern typical for 2 valves per port. Avoid using in LS-based engines. Select 'C' type with similar alpha (α) as factory.
- GTP injector specifications shown in the EV6 file pg 5 column 2. Narrow width 'C' spray pattern ideal for cathedral ports. 'L' long type for LS1 rails. Correct impedance.
- Gamma (γ) angle shown in either file, but specifically EV14, is non-zero on Gen 4 LSA/LS9. Due to mismatch of rec-cathedral adapters, this is a consideration when using LSA blower.
- For 'E' patterns take note that injector orientation must be indexed. Same is true for all non-zero gamma.
My pcm, tune, and original injectors are from a non-flex 04 LM7 (Avalanche) and I got a set of these 6903 flex injectors at a pick and pull. This is swapped into a 69 Camaro w/ returnless & 58 psi. Looks like 05-up L59 data is what I need. I'll get an appropriate tune from the repository. Thanks squirrel!
