Any help would be great...Get code p0894
894 is an indication that it is trying to shift, but doesnt, If shift pressures are within reason, then trans is likely smoked. time for a rebuild
current tune?
looking at log compared to previously posted tune, you reached 6000 rpm but were only going 49 mph, but shift speed is 53. so you met rpm requirement, but not mph. maybe bring them down to a safe level and sneak up on it.
i also see alot of slip, probably should be saving for a trans as well.
trans was new and just had 3 and 4 clutches replaced. Ive put less than 100 miles on the trans total. I just dont know why its burning itself up
you ever get bluecat to work?
Here's my tune, ignore everything else bar the trans shift points and see how they compare to yours, give me an idea of rear end ratio and tire size to compare. I'm running 3.54 diff and 28" tall tires, you can have 2 logs open at the same time and compare each component/file as a comparison, hope this helps, john
Attachment 93934That's a quick calculation of where your settings should be, I think your diff I a bit tall
Today I put a new tune in and it's the best so far. The truck now with shift at WOT. I just need to play with 2nd to 3rd a little. I feel like it doesn't pull hard enough.
Also im going to pull the 5.3 out and put in a LS2
