I'm trying to get my Coyote swap Tuned. The tuner sent me a HP RTD and wanted me to down load the stock file. When I click read in the flasher it sees the PCM but says it failed. Controller Unlocker: Timed out.
The tuner doesn't seem to know why this is happening.
