Wicked start attempt (log included)

Still trying to figure out how to get car to start on first attempt. See log. Almost sounded like a 1 cylinder deere for about first 10 seconds. Always starts right up on second attempt. This was the first time ive been able to get it to start first attempt, but it took 10 seconds of stumbling. To get here i increased the cranking fuel by time, by 25%.

Wondering if anyone has any thoughts. The MAF and VE fueling go crazy until it finally starts running smooth after 10 seconds.
