Hptuner lock my ecu

Hello all am new to this group . And am not tuner for or any of this please help if any one can ...

My car tuned with a company called EUROCHARGED remotely through handheld call dimsport

All was perfect till i upgrade my turbo charger so i change my tuned file to another one also with eurocharged and same handheld

So i face issue with wastegate actuator .. i went to one of the dyno in order to check and adjust my Actuator so i upload back my stock file and start testing the car the dyno guy connect his hptuner MPVI2 and backup my ecu 🤪🤪🤪 donno why ...

Any how he fix the actuator so i connect back my dimsport handheld to upload my tuned files my dimsport handheld unable to write file with error ? ECU locked by another tools ? 😭😭😭😭

I wrote everything in details in order to get help please guys

What application? While we offer a tunerlocking option for many applications our software does not automatically lock anything.

They only flash backup my ecu
