Here is my dilemma. Trans shifts ok but does strange shit when manually shifting. Seems like it skips over 2cd gear.
I've looked a F150 tune and the trans upshift table is nothing like mine.
When watching the datalog it commands 3rd gear on the first shift not second which is what the tune shows it should do.
So basically I have no second gear programmed. attached is a picture of the upshift table and a photo of the datalog.
I can post the tune and log if someone wants to see it
odd thing also is no input shaft speed until second gear. Unless that Intermediate shaft speed and its labeled wrong
This map shows no downshift to second gear either
Will it shift 1-2 under normal driving? I don't know this transmission's shifting operation to know if it's safe or not but you could try setting the 1-3 oss higher everywhere than the 1-2 and then see if it does a 1-2 shift instead. :shrug:
I have considered trying this. I am looking to see if anyone with a 2020 can send me their stock tune. I?ve heard the 2020s do a 1/2 shift.Quote:
