File write time out

Oh great. Did you get this sorted out? Which VCM Editor version are you using? You say it is on the bench? I was hoping these P59 issues were isolated to old wiring. I have been having issues on a 03 Chevy 2500HD uploading. If we wait overnight it seems to work fine. If we drive and log, when we stop to upload the changes it will fail or controller unlocker timed out at which point the truck is dead until a successful upload. You having the ECU on the bench has me worried that if the truck will not wake up next day for an upload I was going to bench write it and that might not work.
