Drivetrain problem while converter locked - 5r55s

Ive been trying to diagnose a problem with my car since before i got hptuners. I have a one piece driveshaft and 3.90s when my converter locks up. i.e. above 40mph there is a vibration that gets worse and worse and worse as you go faster but only part throttle. off throttle and wot it will not vibrate. I had torque management disabled since the get go but i did not have this problem with the stock 2 piece My question is does the Inertia Torque setting have anything to do with this. Sounds like an airplane at 70 and its making my pumpkin leak like crazy. I am just dumbfounded. :\

old post, but i think the Problem is the converter or trans or maybe a failure by diff assembling.
