Different shiftpoints for 1-2

Hello, when I start from 0 mph shiftpoint for 1-2 is about 5300 rpm. When I do kick down at a about 35 mph, trans will go to first gear and shift to 2nd at 6800 rpm as programed and as I want to. I got a new tune from a friend, working great but this problem I can?t solve.
Any idea what I should change?

It's using a different map for kickdown shiftpoints than it is for regular upshifts. Figure out what the other map is and make them both the same if that is your goal.
