MPVI Red ERR Lit, stuck at erasing OS 1

You guys really need to work on Customer Service. If things dont get better you may not be in business long.

I was at race track this weekend and up pops a box stating you must perform a firmware update to allow the newest features. I proceed and it locks up my MPVI.

RED ERR led lit up.

I had to download the latest beta and install it at home. Sad part is that if you would have put in the box to click cancel and open up in a pervious version it would have worked fine. Little did I know that by upgrading to the latest software would Brick my equipment. Also, if you know you have BIG problems with software/firmware, you could have put on your Home Page a Popup that says please download and make sure everything works before trying to use. Lucky that I just loaderd up the car and only wasted $100 entry, fuel and about 5 hours of my time getting to and from the track and didnt try to run it anyway and burned up stuff.
