MPVI2 disabled - 2 boxes - forcing to repurchase licenses
Little frustrated.
We have 3000+ credits between 6 different mpvi 1 and 2 boxes (we license different type of vehicles to different cables for ease of switching between them to keep track of what customer is on what box).
Two of my mpvi2 boxes suddenly red blinking lights and show up as "disabled". Ive submitted a support ticket but with customers having tuning appointments and traveling from out of town I cannot just send them home and not take care of them. So ive been forced to relicense them to another cable on the spot because i dont find this problem out until they strapped down on the dyno ready to tune when i goto flash the car.
What is the reason this is happening? I am hoping ill get reimbursed by hptuners as this is at no fault of my own etc.
