Looking for a means to fully and always disable the traction control on a 2007 Jeep JK 3.8 v6
Any ideas and pointers welcome (software solution first otherwise, perhaps and arduino and a relay to simulate a button press on each startup)

Yes you can. Engine Tab / General/ Engine / Displacement 3.8L.
If you hold the mouse pointer over Displacement tab a description will pop us at the bottom [ECM] 13512 Setting this value to anything other then the stock value will disable ESP/Traction Control.
Change it to 0 and TC will be off. Your TC light will always be illuminated on the dash. Well it is on my jeep changing it to 0 but by by TC.
