VCM Scanner not displaying VE information

SO I have had my VCM scanner set up to record data so I can tune my VE tables. The setup I'm using has worked in the past. Made several adjustments using this setup. All of a sudden the VE table stops showing the tune information. While it's hooked top the vehicle and recording it displays fine. When I go back and look at recorded data, there is nothing in the VE table. I need some help! I'm lost.
I've even gone back and look at old, previously recorded data (that I know worked) and it is now not displying the VE tables. Can someone p[oint me in the right direction? It's frustrating the heck out of me!
