Turning off PATS for Bypassing BCM for older vehicle PT installation 17-19MY 3.5L/10R

Hi, I'm looking for some assistance to turn PATS off in the 17-19MY 3.5L calibration. I am installing the 3.5L/10R80 in a classic bronco. I also need to turn off a few more parameters like the 2nd O2 sensors, EVAP, stop/start/, etc but the PATS is the most important. I have the setup running with a special module using ATI to adjust the calibration but want to move to the next step and get this into a production module.
