trying to setup another eio input have couple questions

I am trying to setup another eio input to log fuel pressure I am using the gm pressure sensor 13500745 I have located this from here HPTuners PID Config. Volts/.0371 + (-13). But for some reason I am not getting all the parameters setup correctly and not sure what else I need to log to make this all work. I started setting up a histogram and would like some help to show me what I am doing wrong. I also have a histogram that used to show me percentage of error on wideband that was nice to show me percentage off I was of lambda. W/B error but for some reason I must of deleted a pid I needed it doesn't work anymore.
