2016 Tundra - why is it targeting 1.03 lambda in CL not 1.0 (stoich?)

Also noticed it tending to do a bit of slooow idle surge from 670rpm to 730 which doesnt seem like much but you can hear it. Air load surges with 16.3 to 20.5 of course, MAF values, timing a little bit too (idle timing is 12 stays around there with a dip into 7s when it "resets") but they all seem like results not causes. Can see this pretty clearly 2:10 into log

If you put your stoich value back to 14.6, what's your logged target lambda?

Dont have it in front of me, but being its 15% ethanol in the gas thats not correct to lave it at 14.6. Another thing I noticed I could change the fuel and it would read differently on my dyno wideband, but it always logged .84 lambda on HPTuners in ECU??
