Unlicensed Vehicle Error

Hello, I am hoping I can get some help here. I have tried to open a support ticket but I keep getting an error when I submit it.

I have a 2015 Chevy Cruze 1.4L. I purchased a MPVI2 from a tuner, everything has been working great. I saved the factory tune and sent it to them to get modified. I was able to apply the credits and write the tune. I sent them logs and they would send me a new tune. I have done this about 3 times. Last night I received a new tune and when I went to write it I received the Unlicensed Vehicle error. Now the car will not start and I can not write anything. Not sure what is going on, any help would be appreciated because right now the car is down.

VCM Suite version is 4.4.4
