I think RaceRender is just having trouble parsing the date and time data. When I import that CSV into RaceRender and click Config, I see a Length of 00:00:00.000 (top and center of the Config screen).
I opened the CSV in Notepad++ and replaced "Jul. 3, 2020 " with "Jul. 3 2020," such that the year was included in the date column instead of the start of the time column. After re-importing into RaceRender, I now see a Length of 00:04:18 and numbers seem to be appearing in the Text Data that I put on the screen. So, I think you just need to adjust the comma to be after the year instead of before it on each line.
