message pops up "MPV2 required"

this message came out after the first read and wont continue...says MPV1 detected , MPV2 required

2014 GT500 by the way... i emailed support but nothing yet... need help please

i sent the first one to the wrong channels....sent it to support@hptuners, instead of the the new support ticket page... sorry
