Is Cylinder Charge Temp Complex Model disabled on stock s10?

Just as the title asks, is this feature disabled on a stock 2001 s10? I was doing some informative reading and started to question this feature and why my truck has it disabled. I understand why it would be disabled for boosted vehicles. I've also read another post where a user upgraded to 1 bar SD OS and it became "disabled". I've looked at other stock tune files and they are also disabled. I just don't know GM's reasoning behind it.

This all came about trying to chase down a warm/hot start issue (another post for another day) and I was curious if this would have any influence. Of course I can enable it and try it but wanted to ask questions before experimenting.
