I'll allow you to do your own testing but I will say this, I did not find any additional power out that lean. I'd rather have the added safety factor anyhow.

Actually at 6000 feet DA I ran a best of 10.71 at 131.4 running pig rich. 11.3 on my dash. And yes they are extremely accurate. But that is on a stoic of 13.88.
So a lambda of around .81. On E10 that would equate to around a 11.5 afr. 11.3 x 14.10/13.88
Most tuners have the onboard dash readings set to around 11.6 to 11.8. Mine ran better richer.
yeah my 2014 mustang has stoich set to 14.08 from the factory, with virtually all gas being E10 thats just about right.
I wouldn't necessarily consider that pig rich on a hemi. The hellcats are slightly different but for the most part the hemis tend to like to be a little fatter than any of the ford or gm stuff I've ever done.
I question whether most of the other tuners have any clue what lambda they are actually commanding out of the car due to the way ds does their pe tables. That and I don't think ds has the widebands mapped in dataviewer.
Also, I'd say .81 is a pretty good number.
Why not just leave the everything set up for gas AFR (14.7) and always tune using that no matter the fuel? I have e85 in the tank but it still reads 11.9 at WOT just like it would if I was tuned for gas. Then you only have to remember one setup.
Or just use lambda obviously. I have never changed my wide bands to say anything other than stoich of 14.7 and have been fine.
Lambda.
