MVPI credits not populating

I recently purchased 6 credits online (3 separate purchases) and can not get them on to populate on my interface? I have resynced, exited editor, resynced, checked the information icon and says I only have 8 used credits (the free ones that came with the software) My first purchase of credits was on April 8th and I thought I needed it to tune my new truck and it let me tune so I assumed it was working, but I actually used 2 of my free credits. I am not sure what is going on? Can anyone help me with this? I have a friends truck sitting in the driveway and he needs to get back home ha.
