Fuel cutting off 1400rpm

I was trying to post as log file, but for some reason cant upload. So here goes. I am having a timing type rattle. Here are the stats when this happens:

0% engine load
TPS: 0% to 32%
Main,pilot,post injector pulse are at 0
Rail pressure maintains 11,980 +-
Main injection timing 6.6 to 7.4 deg
Coolant 183 deg
Pilot and total fuel rate at 0
TPS fuel rate 0
This happens for a couple seconds or so.

So this tells me the ECM is cutting fuel briefly during all of this. Right? Any ideas?
