Rolling idle issue

cant disable rolling idle. idles at 825 desired idle,no hanging rpm in neutral,in gear desired idle set at 825 . as soon as vehicle starts to move idle rpm picks up to 1300+- rpm and wont come down till wheels stop turning IAC counts go up to over 100 from 60+- at idle. I think something is commanding higher airflow but I am not sure what Any help appreciated Thanks

Your airflow TPS max is at 100% so it will use rolling idle, set it to 0 so it will use the throttle cracker instead. Set the enable speed for it to 3mph instead of 128.
