Hi, as the title says my brother has a 2017 VW golf R with the 6 speed DSG (DQ250).
I am connected to the internet, using beta software and still for some reason fails to read the trans file.
Anything am doing wrong.

Being in Bahrain, it's highly likely they have just not yet seen this box code / OS.
Submit a trouble ticket with full Info Log and they will be able to take care of you/get support added.
