What to scan for no start issue? 03 s10 4.3
Like the title says. Problem seems to be something getting wet because it only happens when it rains and sits for 10-12 hours. It will eventually start after about 30min worth of cranking. I?ve already had the cap and rotor off to make sure it is dry and cleaned the points. One thing I noticed while scanning current firing cylinder is it?s counting in numerical order then reverses so 0-1-2-3-4-5 then 5-4-3-2-1-0 and I?m pretty sure it should be firing in the correct firing order of 0-5-4-3-2-1. Spider injector is a few months old as is fuel pump, new ignition components on the way. This is the first time it?s happened since I?ve had hpt, I?ll try to post a log of what I have
FWIW when this happens I can push it off down my hill and it starts almost instantly. Kinda spits and sputters for a few seconds then clears up and runs like a top
