Taurus SHO/MKS Ecoboost gear indicator in dash (add to editor)

Many Fords have a way to display the gear indicator on the dash.

I was looking at a tune in the repository and found this on a 2018 F-150 stock tune. Under the "Display" tab.

Any way to have this added to a 2013 Taurus SHO/MKS Ecoboost editor?
