2001 monte. Cc override is disabled temps are set to 100 degrees and to run for 120 seconds after key off. Fans work under normal operations and can also turn them on and off with the scanner. I started a help ticket with hp tuners and said they would pass it along to their engineers but its been a week now with no reply. I have the newest scanner update i guess that was a problem it the past with these cars.
Did you try a higher setting than 100 ??
I'd try 150 f and see if that works.
Have tried 100, 150, 180.
Just an assumption,.. but maybe it won't work if it's set at or lower than Fan 1 and Fan 2 ON ECT temp. ?

have tried several different things still no luck. started a support ticket said they would pass it along to a engineer but never heard anything back
