What a joke support! Need to license a car thats already been licensed!!

:mad: I just talked to support about why a car ive been tuning for over a year now all of a sudden needs to license it....again, why do I need to do that when its been licensed? I bought 2 extra credits to tune a friends truck and after that now I'm unable to write and tune my own car and all they said was "honestly not sure" why. what a F'in joke. Couldn't even tell me how to prevent this from happening again. maybe I can get some better answers here.

As I had stated in your ticket it appears your interface lost one of your licenses but gave you the 2 credits for said license so you didn't lose anything, relicense & tune away.
