Gen4- How to command open loop idle!?

I have done this numerous times on the gen3 setups. I cant seem to make the gen4 setups idle in open loop. Im tuning a full bolt on silverado with a pretty big cam. Truck idles amazing when i force open loop with scanner. I just cant seem to make it stay in open loop with the tune.

I have pe set to:

40kpa enable
0% tps enable (i even tried 2% no luck)
1.00 afr commanded
No delay with 2.000 enrichment rate

I looked and disabled all the other normal stuff like stft openloop (which gen4 doesnt have) i even disabled ltft. No luck!

Is there a trick im missing? I know i can disable the closed loop enable temp but the would make for a full open loop tune. I just want it at idle like the older gen3 setups. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks.
