04 f150 supercharged stft ol

My friend brought his truck over for me to tune it has comp cams a magnuson blower and obx longtubes. The previous shop that installed his blower and cams did all the mechanical work thought it would be a smart idea to extend the O2 sensor wires instead of using an Extender or extending the harness. Now I have a huge difference in millivolts from bank 1 to bank 2. and its causing the Fuel trims to go stupid lean at wot and stft is adding 25%. so my question here is how can I disable the STFT from adding fuel at WOT I have maf adaptation disabled as well as fuel adaptive wot and they continue to add fuel. my afr are in the low tens. the other question I have is for some reason the Load wont go above 47% at wot. it hits 92% then drops down to 42 and stays there. the files are attached.
