6r80 Help/ Question

Take it easy on me as this is my first post here. I just purchased a 2015 Mustang with a PC. Car has a built trans with Circle D. I took the car to the track and have made a total of 3 passes. The car leaves fine, 1 to 2 are fine but when shifting into 3rd it literally just bumps third and goes straight to 4th causing the car to bog pretty bad. The other issue is in 3rd the transmission seems to get confused which gear to go into. Any thoughts? Before I just replace the whole tranny with a built PBH wondering if a crappy tune would cause this? My other issue is the car came with an Ngauge that's not locked by Lund or anyone but I cannot pull the tune and there is also not car type in the data logging menu, therefore I cannot data log. What a PITA. Only good news was the car ran a 9.79 @144 with the trans puking in 3rd gear. I'm in Orlando btw.

Really could use a log including transmission PIDs to see if it is a commanded issue or internal control issue.

Does it go into 3rd just driving regular on the street?

Mine is doing the same , ever find out what the issue was?
