Help with tune
why does my truck not chop as hard as my buddys truck we have the same cam (elgin sloppy stage 2). His also idles around 750 rpm when mine idles at around 850? I would really appreciate some help with this thanks in advance.

Camshaft Overlap: 73?
Lobe Line Intake: 108?
Lobe Line Exhaust: 116?
Operating Power Range: 2,200-5,400 rpm

So you have the cam you listed the specs from?
Cause from what i can find the Elgin cam 1840P is a 228/230 but you have 238/242 specs listed.
You can change the Idle Underspeed/Overspeed Spark table to make the Idle bouce back and forth faster to make the idle more choppy if thats what your after.
Also depends on the engine sizes.. Do you and him have the same size engine?

RDF1 we do have the same motor size.
