AEM 30-0334 - HPT not recognizing

2016 Camaro SS. Car recently had a cam installed, and before the cam went in the AEM WB was syncing up to HPT and I could log. For some reason, after the cam install when I go to HPT Scanner it's not recognizing the sensor. In the attached video you can see where the sensor has been added but I go to scan it disappears. I called AEM, and they told me to contact HPT - they were referring to changing a setting to where HPT would see the WB. Any ideas what's going on with it?
