Chart vs time. How to zoom or rescale?

Can the Chart vs Time be zoomed in on (on VCM scanner 3)? How do I change the length of time the chart is showing? Right now the lines are so packed together I cant tell one line from the other.

I feel like there must be something really simple or obvious I am missing.

mouse wheel, +/- keys, or the +/- icons on the top tool bar
