07 F150 anti theft questions

Newb question, I have a 07 F150 5.4 that has an antitheft issue in the ECM, is it possible to turn it off so the vehicle will start and run? And will it have any other effects? Trying to not have to buy and program a new ECM. I'm familiar enough to know it can be done on GM but don't know about Ford. Has the B1342 internal fault and B1601 incorrect key code from transponder. Tried a different key with no luck, also relearned the key with my scan tool but again, no luck. Thanks.

Turned off the pats and pats alternate yesterday and it now runs, but poorly and has 15 other codes so after a lot of diag I've come to the conclusion that whatever circuit is bad in the ecm for the pats system must also control other stuff. New ecm on the way.

How's the new ECM?
