E38 M6 Car pulls timing and fuel when starting out in 1st

I have tried everything I can think of to get this to stop, when starting out basically just as the clutch is completely released it pulls timing way below commanded and STFT go lean. It gives it a stumble. Various parts of the tune are molested as I am trying to eliminate whats causing it, once I figure it out Ill go back and clean it all up.

Its a 2017 Chevy SS, E38 Computer M6

-LS3, 226/236 113 cam, Roto Fab intake, Stainless works LT's

Other than the issue above it runs great.
