Just looking at it from lambda, you want to add 15 percent fuel or run 15% richer to get from 1 to .85 so you multiply the values by 1.15 to increase each cell by 15%.
Also the 12.5 AFR target value is assuming you are using 14.4ish stoich value too. The number would be greater if you had 14.68 as stoich.
