Surging when at low RPMs

I'm trying to get this tune figured out, it seems to surge when at low RPMs going down the road. I feel like i'm slowly getting this thing figured out. It had a bad vacuum leak that I finally found and it had a bad O2 sensor which I replaced today. any help getting this thing closer to being finished is greatly appreciated. I was able to get my wideband to work on 1 drive and since then I haven't been able to get it to show any readings even though I didn't change anything, still trying to figure that part out.

80lb injectors
GT45 turbo (13 psi boost)
2 bar MAP

you should go through and tune your lockup areas, really no need to lock up in 3rd gear and lock up 4th at 50 and above. I haven't reviewed much more of your tune.
