Tundra Converter lockup

I was out today bored messing around with the tune on my truck, and I was trying to lock up the converter at roughly 30 mph in second gear. I changed the tow haul tables to apply at 1300rpm output shaft speed (28ish mph) and to release at 1250rpm output shaft speed. It didn't change anything, in the way the truck felt or the scanner tcc lockup PID. I used Sport mode to keep it in 2nd gear to test it and changed those the 2nd gear lockup tables there too.
