Anyone using these tables yet?
Just noticed them in the Driver Demand section.
I'm curious about these new tables as well.
I maxed out the tables -6040 and +6040 and the pedal/throttle definitely feels and works like one might think it should. Very nice.
Now I am returning to the Driver Demand tables to see if I get more predictable and direct results from part throttle adjustments.
Which vehicle are you guys seeing these on? Just did a fresh read with 4.5.655 beta of a 2019 ZL1 A10 and don't see them listed under driver demand tab.
Typically 14-16 vehicles
Mine is a 2017 Z06 and I also had them added to my wife's 2019 Yukon OS. If you don't see them then HPT can add them if you send your file to support.
I also had them added to a 17 Yukon customer car so far.
I can say it made a major difference in how the throttle feels and how the car acts. These tables are a nuisance left stock.
Nice!! I need to update my software
Just adjusted mine, ill post feed back later this week.
I have a 2014 e78. I don't see these tables so based on above posts my steps are update software by downloading vcm suite and sending my file to support if I don't see those tables? Super new here thanks for the info! My car isn't v8 but I'm hoping this will be available for me.
I'm going to test this on my personal vehicle later. 2017 Z06 as well, 7 speed.
Can anyone list the Table ID for these to get them added?
I will say I will probably revise some of the decel areas back to stock or near stock values, need to log it and see which areas though. Coming off pedal to 0% sometimes feels a little too quick or abrupt of a throttle close. Accel and steady state feels awesome.
so cool will see if I got them also. maybe this can be a solution to lazy throttle helping 60 foot times. full throttle only happens after 5mph.
Cheers
Did you have to do a re-read for them to show up in your cal? Or should I get hpt to add them to mine. Curious to play with them.
I have noticed them in some later read customer vehicles.
no need to reread to see new tables (ever). just need the HPT version with the ability to display them.
How do you request them? I don?t see them on a 16 ss
I am not holding my breath. done many with stock cam/TB and 60 foot are not really affected. however add a cam/TB and the best I can do is wot at around 5mph. torque table/driver demand/ect.. will help some but a small delay with always be present. I suspect some other module is coming in to play. the only way to make wot faster is to turn off stability completely or fool vss that car is moving faster. seem like c7 are not effect like ctsv or zl1
sent the request for access
They are available for my OS as of this morning in the beta. Now to get my car off the lift and actually get to messing with them
I uploaded the new beta today. The new settings were there, so I tried them. Very pleased with the results. Thanks for starting the thread Higgs Boson!
Any update on this?
after driving the car a bit now, there is definite change in off throttle feeling. I could see where some people may not like it or that its to much, I do enjoy my car with the tables adjusted all the way out. I am not able to tell a difference in "on throttle" I switched over to e85 at the same time and with the weather getting colder i do not get traction.
Other than my truck feeling more responsive, I notice that the transmission is a little more aggressive when downshifting. I guess you could add a little to decel and correct this. One negative, if your foot is heavy, the fuel mileage will suffer some.
I'll have to send in a request for my 2016 Silverado too.
Kinda curious as to what it will feel like on a basically stock 5.3 with just the basic add on's and E85.
I think you're gonna like it.
You should just have to download the latest beta version and they should show up in your tune then.
I downloaded the beta last night, they aren't there.
Even used the navigator to manually type in one of the ECM tables listed in this thread, still nothing.
Hmmm. Mines a 2015 and it worked so you may indeed need to email support.
They emailed me back, they said they sent my file to an engineer to look at it. Haven't got an email back since Wednesday.
I have a 2018 ZL1 and could not find these tables in my tune until I installed the newest Beta. Now they are there but the Torque Request Rate Limit is "disabled" in the stock tune. So I assume these tables are not used in my car and therefore no improvement to be seen in changing them?
I ended up doing this last night on my 15 Silverado, min/maxing the tables. I'm not sure what to think about it yet, I do have a strange jump in the throttle now if I'm rolling about 1 mph and I quick tap the gas it jumps forward really quick. Seems like the limiters are for initial roll in of the torque.
