MPVI1 Not connecting to PC, HELP

Hi all, My MPVI1 just decided to stop working. I wrote a file successfully to my truck and as soon as I tried to datalog it stopped working. I get the "Interface not found" message and no lights when connected to just the PC.
The power light will illuminate when connected to the OBDii. Ive tried multiple wires and PC and still no power to the interface. Any Ideas??

If you've tried multiple pc's and still see no power on the interface your interface likely failed internally and will need to be replaced unfortunately.

Is there anyway to prevent this from happening? Any reason why it may have happened? This really set me back this weekend, and from the looks of it the interface wont be eligible for an upgrade since it isn't functioning.
