Low speed coasting

The issue that i have is at low speeds coasting my car is driving by its self. It dont want to slow down. Mainly around 20mph. Also it will start bucking some on decel. Other than that is runs great. I finally was able to see the tune it had but im newer to tuning so im not sure what the problem is. Ive tried a few things others suggested but no help. Can anyone look and see what us going on here? Here is a log from today. I included a WOT and the rest is driving around the neighborhood slow without almost ever touching the gas pedal. The car is a 2006 Charger SRT8 with FBO, Getrag 3.06 and Inertia Spartan Cam.

you can play around with spark, airflow or idle speed. Idle happens under 3 mph.
set it higher to look what table have to be corrected.
with other cams the ve table must be corrected in lower VE . Its a known problem that you have to figure out.
