Probably because you aren't logging the channels to log them.
Anything you want to log and see must be listed in the main channels list on the left.
Find and add the knock retard channel, then it will appear in the charts/graphs.
Injector duty cycle is not a channel you can log, it's a math function of the injector pulse width avg. So add injector pulse width avg for bank 1 and 2 and it will show up in the scanner.
