Layout file for scanning?

I am having an issue with my 2002 Duramax surging on WOT and am trying to figure out how to get the scanner to read MAF, MAP, Fuel rail pressures, etc to scan with. I am pretty confused on how to set it up right to rear these. Does anyone have a layout file they can post that will show these for me? Thanks in advance. I appreciate it!

Maybe this. You will have to add the channels to your scanner probably.
