Is anyone familier with the fan logic on an E40 ECM out of a corvette, now a stand alone in a rock crawler> I have the fans coming on at 200* ish but cant get them to shut off, unless you turn off the car?

This is what I think would turn them off, not sure and looking for advise on this.
