Hey guys, i have my truck tuned by a local performance shop. So now i bought the mpvi2 so i can tune my projects myself. My question is. Do i have to buy new credits for tuning my tuned truck or how can i reuse them?

Yep.
They used their tuning device, so they payed for the credits then. Now you have a different tuning device, so you have to license it to that device, thus 2 more credits.
No matter what it will cost 2 credits, unless you maybe steal theirs without them knowing haha.
